West Thunder Community BBQ, Corn Roast and Car Show – September 10, 2016
Eighteen cars showed for the 2nd Annual West Thunder Community Car Show.
Representing LACC were: Â Lloyd Reilly, Garrett O’Reilly, Gates Turpin and David
Manser.
Up for grabs from the voting by car owners and the general public were 3
large trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. 1st place received
the trophy plus $200.00 in cash.
There were other cars representing a couple of the other clubs and a
couple of independants.
2nd, and 3rd place went to some of the hot rod boys from NOCC. But the
all important 1st place grand prize win went to our own Gates Turpin. He
was truly and pleasantly surprised.
